Factview Modules

Factview is divided into several functional modules. Each module supports a specific part of the financial process.

The modules available to a user depend on their assigned permissions.

If a user does not have access to a particular module, it will not be displayed in the menu.

****Module Overview

Reporting Module

The Reporting Module is the core of Factview. It is used to analyze and present financial data in reports, including standard reports such as the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Import Module

The Import Module is used to connect and import financial data from various sources, including:

  • Audit files

  • Connections to accounting systems

  • Excel templates

After import, the data is processed into Datasets that are available for reporting.

Budgeting Module

The Budgeting Module is used to create budgets for the Profit and Loss Statement. These budgets can be used as a reference for reporting and financial analysis.

Planning Module

The Planning Module allows you to create financial forecasts, including:

  • Profit and Loss forecasts

  • Balance Sheet forecasts

  • Cash Flow forecasts

Planning can be based on existing Datasets or previously created budgets.

Consolidation Module

The Consolidation Module combines multiple entities into a single consolidated overview. It also supports the processing of elimination entries.

This module is intended for organizations with multiple companies or group structures.

Publication Module

The Publication Module allows specific reports to be shared with selected users through a separate environment.

This makes it possible to distribute reports without granting full access to the dossier.

Reportview Module

The Reportview Module supports the automatic evaluation of an organization's financial position based on predefined criteria and benchmarks.

It can be used to analyze performance and compare results with defined objectives.

How the Modules Work Together

The Factview modules are fully integrated. Data imported through the Import Module can be used throughout the application for reporting, budgeting, planning, and consolidation.

This provides a single, centralized environment for financial analysis and decision-making.
